Your User ID is the email address that you have registered with when you created this profile. If you still can’t login, please contact us and we will help resolve your log in issues.

Go to "My Profile". Click on “Payment Method” to update your new card details.

We hate to see you go and we will always welcome you back to the VINOPATRON community. You can cancel anytime but do remember to cancel before your next billing date. The billing date is determined by the date that you have signed up.

Under “My Profile”, click on “My Subscription” and click "Cancel".

Benefits FAQ

Select one of our partner restaurants that you like and inform them that you are a VINOPATRON member. At the point of bill payment, the restaurant will verify your membership and you will be accorded free corkage upon verification.

Membership Status FAQ

Simply accumulate the required number of restaurant check ins to progress to the next tier! 

As you progress up the various membership tiers, you will enjoy higher discounts off your membership fees. There are also events that are organised and made exclusively available to specific membership tiers.

Subscription FAQ

Key in the promo code at the shopping cart page before checking out and the corresponding discount will be applied automatically.

We accept Nets, Visa and Mastercard. Recurring payments will be processed through our Stripe gateway portal.

We do not store any of the sensitive information on our servers. We use a 3rd Party provider (Stripe) to ensure security of your credit card details. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.

Referral Program FAQ

After you have logged in, click “Send Referral Code” to your friend’s email address. When they have signed up, you will receive a notification and your account will be automatically credited with the discount. If you face any issues, please do not hesitate to let us know.
